Moving is stressful enough. PCS/Relocate without too much worry. Let us do the cleaning! We help ensure a smooth transition with our moving service guarantee.  I have worked with numerous property managers over the years, trust me, I know their "checklist". Having hundreds if not thousands of moving related cleanings under my belt, we will pass inspection. Guaranteed.  

Oftentimes our military clients are headed to their next duty station as we clean the house left behind. In these cases, we enter via lockbox code, key or neighbor and as we progress through the cleaning, I send photos a few areas at a time so the client is updated and at ease throughout the process.

Carpet Cleaning 

if you need carpets cleaned we work side by side with a highly rated company with a truck-mounted system will do their best to arrive as we are finishing up. The result? A home that is move in ready in 4-8 hours. Please note the estimated time is determined by the condition of the home and square footage.

If you require dual (cleaning & carpets) services I  would strongly suggest scheduling at least 2-3 weeks prior to clearing to ensure availability. If your situation requires you to vacate prior to the cleaning I'm willing to meet with your property manager, real estate agent or landlord UPON COMPLETION to do a walk through. I'd suggest holding on to your receipt and the photos I send until your deposit is returned for your own protection  

***Reminder*Power & Water MUST REMAIN ON if utilities are off and we have to return at a later time or date, a $50 return trip charge will be applied. 

Finally, while this should not need addressing, it happens. We are not being paid to help with your move. Please do not expect us to pack/load or relocate furniture and/or appliances of any kind. We DO NOT empty cabinets, drawers, remove excessive trash or discard food in the fridge. EVERYTHING must be out. If there is garbage/broken or unwanted furnitur or unwanted food to be removed please expect an extra charge.

The easiest way to avoid confusion is to give yourself plenty of time to have your home cleared.

Deposit Required 

Should  you decide to move forward with services, there is a $50 deposit to confirm your appointment. You will not be on the official schedule until it's received. The deposit can be made via Apple Pay, Cash App, or Venmo. While I understand life happens and closing dates change, movers don't show, etc, should you need to reschedule your deposit is retained, however, should you cancel with less than 72 hours notice you forfeit the deposit. Deposits are  credited back to your final invoice.  Payment is due immediately upon completion and your final bill can be paid using the same method you used previously to confirm.  

Finally, if you have a firm date or date range and we can accommodate your needs, keep in mind, we are scheduling and collecting deposits daily, especially this time of year, especially in weekends
